Minutolo is a endangered grape, native of this area. At the beginning of 2000 thanks to few enologist and small producers the grape had a second life. This version of Minutolo represents the most “pure” version, anchored to the territory of origin and its expressive peculiarities A white to be discovered in this eccentric format.
Good acidity, the mineral terroir gives lots of sapidity but everything is balanced by the fruit and alcohol part.
