Prosecco Asolo Superior DOCG Extra Dry

Sparkling wine from Veneto

Alcohol: 11,50%
Grape: Glera
Production: 10,000 bottles
awards Prosecco Asolo Superior DOCG Extra Dry

11.80

This is an excellent extra-dry Prosecco that is distinctive of the Asolo area.

The grapes grow on a ground, which has a different composition from that of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. For this reason the flavours have a little difference. According to us it is worth comparing these two types.

Vinification: Soft pressing, static must settling, fermentation with selected yeasts at monitored temperature (17-19°C). Maturation in contact with fine lees in stainless steel for three months. Frothing is realized according to the Italian method in steel autoclaves. Microfiltration is made before bottling to divide the yeast cells from the Spumante wine.

ABOUT THE WINERY

The natural choice

Wine and olive oil are a language and always they have a story to tell. Bresolin BIO products have roots in rich and fertile land, vineyards close to woods populated with roe deer, wild boar and wild birds. Not being able to disregard absolute respect for these places, here, it seemed truly inevitable. And therefore the choice of organic was inevitable.
