The name, “Quattrore”, is linked to the very short stay – 4 hours – of the skins of the grapes in contact with the must in fermentation.
Elegant, fruity, hints of wild strawberries, currants and grape stems. On the palate it is elegant and velvety. It has excellent fruit, in which the character of Marzemino is accompanied by a beautiful flavour and persistence.
