Wine of strong impact, wine making is at a controlled temperature between 22° and 25°C in stainless steel tanks with a long time over the skin to absorb its typical colour and perfume.
The name comes from “Borgo dell’Ora” vineyard; “Ora” is a particular type of breeze and its gentle wind gives to this Marzemino a unique flavour.
Colour: dark ruby red with some purple reflections typical of the grapes.
Perfume: pleasant perfume, persistent, clean with some remind of mature red fruit, strawberry, berries, raspberry and currant.
Taste: full taste, dry, warm, delicate thanks to the typical characteristic of this grape.
