A new and very interesting product from Peri Bigogno. Chardonnay was usually following a standard process of vinification but from 2019 the wine goes from stainless steel to 500 lt tonneau (oak). The result is a great white wine with good structure and boost of , floral and savoury flavours.
Colour: straw coloured yellow with light yellow reflections.
Perfume: floral perfume, intense and persistent with soft remind of fresh harvested fruit, pineapple and apricot.
Taste: fresh, savoury, captavating, with a good structure and persistence and a pleasant mineral aftertaste.
