Franciacorta Brut DOCG, 80% Chardonnay & 20% Pinot Noir, of Elisabetta Abrami is an excellent wine for aperitif. It is characterised by a persistent perlage, and intense straw yellow with golden reflections and delicate bouquet with vanilla notes. Definitely a perfect choice for fish courses, shell-fish dishes or delicate main course.
Franciacorta Rosé DOCG, 30% Chardonnay, 70% Pinot Noir, an elegant wine with faint and clear colour, scents of red fruits and a full and persistent taste, as well as with a fine fizz. Definitely a perfect choice for any sort of main course, but distinctively superb with red and white meat dishes.
Both bottles spend at least 24 months on the yeasts in steel tanks/oak barriques and minimum 3 months of post degorgement.
