Rose wine from Etna, 2019 harvest. Hand picked at an altitude of 500m, aged 3 months in contact with lees and 1 month bottle.
Excellent pair for an aperitif, fish based dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
The colour is a pale pink, at the nose is floral with notes of pink and violet, fruity with notes of wild strawberry and in the mouth it is balanced, fresh, soft, with a good flavour.
