The Brut Millesimato, originated as the otheri Franciacorta D.O.C.G. of Elisabetta Abrami from the winemaking of the hand-picked grapes, is the perfect match for main courses and selections of cheeses. Thanks to the 36 months of refinements, it is a captivating wine, with a full taste and golden reflections, with a fine fizz and elegant, scented notes of vanilla.
Decantation: Addition of selected yeasts and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The cuvée is made in spring. After the addition of sugar syrup and yeast for secondary fermentation, it is bottled and stacked on its side to aid re-fermentation and slow refinement
