White wine from Etna, 2019 harvest. Hand picked at an altitude of 500m, maceration in steel at low temperature on the lees for three months. Aging in steel for three months in contact with the fine lees and one month in the bottle.
The colour is a straw yellow, at the nose is floral with notes of orange blossom and broom, fruity with notes of tropical fruit, apricot and peach and in the mouth it’s balanced and fresh.
