Vinification: careful selection of grapes both on the plant and in the cellar, with particular attention to the integrity of the bunches brought to manual sorting, squeezing the whole bunch, short decanting static cold must, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow with golden highlights and good brilliance. The smell is fine and intense with notes of yellow flowers: broom, wild chamomile, and ripe yellow fruits. Dry and balanced wine, round and warm, well supported by a pleasant fresh and savoury finish.
