Harvested manually in small boxes, the grapes are just destammed but not crashed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 27 C° and the maceration lasts at least 25/30 days.
MLF takes place in french oak barrel (225 lt.) where, later, the wine aging for 24 months more. Then is bottled, without filtration.
This wine is deep ruby red with garnet reflections. Intense bouquet of plum and ripe cherry, floral notes and balsamic hints. At the tasting is complex, fresh, with sweet and elegant tannins. Wide structure and long persistence.
