After to be harvested manually in small boxes, the grapes are send into a cement vat and, in few minutes, the must is drained and fermented at 18 C° in stainless steel.
At the colour, the wine is delicate onion peel. Elegant bouquet of fine herbs, white flowers and a spicy peppery note.
At the tasting have a good complexity, structure and persistence, with freshness and balance. Perfect pairing with fish and shellfish, white meats and, why not, pizza.
