Vinification: careful evaluation of the harvest period; careful selection of grapes both on the plant and in the cellar; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts; winemaking at controlled temperature in steel vats with maceration on the skins for about 20 days

Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby red and impenetrable with violet reflections. The nose has fine aromas of rose hips and spices. The palate confirms the olfactory picture: velvety and persistent with a pleasant and subtle texture of tannin in evolution
