Harvested manually in small boxes, the grapes are just destammed and, after 48 hours of crio-maceration, slightly pressed.
The 90% of the must fermented in stainless steel at low temperature (16 C°) and the 10% fermented and aged in barrique (225 lt.) for 6 months before to be blended.
After the bottling, the wine rest in bottle for 6 months before to be released. At the colour, the wine is straw yellow with green hints. At the nose, delicate white flower and intense herbal notes. At the tasting remarkable freshness and long persistence.
