Albana is certainly the most interesting grape variety in Fattoria Zebrina production, both because it is an exclusive native to this region and because thanks to their Scaccomatto it has returned to the center of attention.
After the consolidated experience in the production of passiti they also dedicated theirselves to the packaging of a dry white wine: planting a vineyard dedicated to it, with greater density of plant and management of the hair aimed at ensuring freshness and aromaticity to the grapes.
