Toseo means Tolceto, the area of this vineyard, a mix of Ciliegiolo (“cherry”) and Sangiovese.
Spontaneous femrentation on the lees – 10/14 days, long battonage and aging in steel until July when it goes into the bottle.
No filtration and no added sulfites.
