During September and October, high temperatures encouraged the ripening process and grapes have been harvested with a very high alcoholic content. As a result all parameters allow us to indicate 2006 as a very good vintage.

Grapes were harvested manually in the first part of October. They were vinified traditionally in fermentation vats at a controlled temperature (24-28°C) for eight days. The new wine was placed in French oak barrels for 48 months and subsequently in stainless steel vats for 36 months. Then the wine aged in bottle for further 24 months.
This wine is garnet red colour, proudly rich aroma, delicately spicy and complex bouquet. A dry, warm and full-flavoured palate. It has great ageing potential and reflects the close-knit relationship between rock and man.
