The selected grapes are destemmed and crushed and fermentation involves maceration on the skins for about nine days. The maturation of the wine takes place first in steel barrels and then for a short time in oak barrels.
An intense ruby red wine with violet reflections. The smell is fruity and in particular is recognized herbaceous plant notes. In the mouth it is persistent and slightly tannic.

The winery was established in 1997, when Bignotti’s family decided to start to cultivate the tiny vineyard of the paternal grandfather, who had always run it and had produced wine from the grapes in the traditional 15thcentury-cellars located in via Monte Grappa.
