The selected grapes are destemmed and crushed and fermentation involves a maceration on the skins for about seven days. The maturation of the wine takes place exclusively in steel barrels.
It has a bright ruby red colour, the palate is pleasant soft and balanced. The aromas are intense and recall notes of fresh fruit.
