The selected grape are destemmed and crushed and fermentation involves maceration on the skins for about nine days. The maturation of the wine takes place first in steel barrels and then in oak barrels.
Wine with a bright ruby red colour. The smell is presented with a great finesse and harmony of fruity scents, notes of red berries. In the mouth it is persistent, well structured.
