It is the wine that has made us known and that at every harvest represents a challenge. The choice to focus on noble mold pushes us every year to a ruthless selection of grapes and, when nature is not propitious, forces us to give up. A sacrifice that we believe is rewarded by a wine of structure, character and incredible longevity.
The vintages that are most dear to us are 1987, the first thousandth product, 1992, the year of the breakthrough in the selection of grapes, and finally 1998, 2001, 2006 and 2013: memorable grape harvests for concentration and purity of noble mold.
