Ruby red color, at the nose fresh and fruity and in the mouth good acidity and balance.
The blend of grapes traditionally grown on the shores of Lake Garda with the addition of Rebo give life to this red which combines drinkability with an aromatic charge and a structure of great balance.
View more information2017 was influenced by spring frost and hot summer that has reduced the production in some vineyards up to 30%. The quantitative reduction has guaranteed a higher quality of the grapes, a quality that we find in the wines produced by our vineyards.
Hand harvested grapes are pressed and the whole vinification process from fermentation to bottling takes place only in steel barrels. A rest period allows an initial aging in barrel and then, after bottling, an additional aging phase takes place.
