A new product by La Spia, a mix of Nebbiolo and Moscato Giallo. Must try!
A yellow color with some hits of green, really strong at the nose with floreal notes and in the mouth it’s an explosion of flavours, the elegance of Nebbiolo and the fruity sweetness of Moscato.
Harvest took place only by hand, Chiavennasca, Moscato and a really small % of Sauvignon Blanc. Only a part goes in a different tank, where it’ll stay in contact with the skins to extract all the flavours and colours of the grapes. After 9 months in steel containers, the wine is finally bottled and ready to drink.
Recommended pairing for fish base dishes, fresh cheese and salami.

La Spia
Among the vineyards of Valtellina was born La Spia, whose name is linked to the eponymous rocky rib located in the sub-area Sassella, a spotting and control post since the time of domination of Graubünden.
