Ruby red color with purplish reflections. Intense and vinous scent with hints of red fruit such as black cherry, cherry and berries. On the palate it is of excellent structure, balanced with long finish. It is combined with all the main dishes of Emilian, rich meats in particular cured pork, cured and cooked, such as cotechino, zampone, aged cheeses.
