Latin name evoking the marriage, a set of ideas and intents of the people of a country that had forgotten its agricultural tradition. Conubium is a Malvasia from 40/50 years old vineyards grown in Castelfranco. Finely aromatic, delicately structured with scents of herbs, fresh citrus fruits and white ﬂowers. It matches with appetizers and frst courses of Mediterranean cuisine.
