Theitalianvino.com is a marketplace for wine lovers. Our aim is to connect wine enthusiasts directly with vineyards, to discover hidden wines and their producers.
How do we select wines?
All the wines on this website have been researched and personally selected by us. They are small and medium size family-run businesses with only 1 big mission: quality wine at affordable prices. Family-run businesses means attention to detail and uniqueness.
Are my bottles safe during transport?
Yes, shipments are made by express courier (UPS / BRT / DHL) and wineries only use approved packaging.
Is my personal information stored safely on the Theitalianvino.com database?
Yes. Your personal information and identity are safe. For further information, please read our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is complete and shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted. If you encountered any problems during your purchase, please write to us at [email protected] and let us know what happened. We will try our very best to get back to you as soon as possible.
My order was damaged in the mail. How do I go about returning it and requesting a refund?
If, for whatever reason, you’ve received damaged goods, please contact our customer care department immediately at [email protected] and explain to us what happened.
Can I modify my shipping address?
Once your order is complete you can no longer modify your shipping address. You can contact the customer service courier once you have the tracking code and they should assist you with the address change.
Which methods of payment are accepted on Theitalianvino.com?
We accept all main credit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Poste Pay via gateway Stripe.

How long does the delivery take place?
The estimated time for the delivery can be found on the delivery page. 24/48hr for Italy, 3/6 working days for EU. You may experience delivery delays due to bad weather , strikes and delivery areas uncomfortable .
Why some bottles are not available for shipping to my Country?
Some wineries have exclusive contracts with other companies. If this happen, we can’t sell that specific bottle to your Country. But hey, we have a very large selection and if you need any help/suggestion feel free to chat with us here on the website or sending us an email at [email protected]
Can I track my order online?
Absolutely. You will receive an email from the courier with the tracking code so you can track your wines from winery cellar all the way to your home.
What shipping costs apply?
Shipping fees are different for each Country. Please see the delivery page table for more info.
