Sangue di Giuda dell’Oltrepò Pavese o Sangue di Giuda DOC

The DOC Sangue di Giuda dell’Oltrepò Pavese refers to the types of red wine still, sparkling and sparkling wine. Sangue di Giuda (The Blood of Judas) is in fact a special dessert version of Oltrepò Pavese Rosso, obtained from the grapes of the aforementioned local otrepadani grapes. The Sangue di Giuda is burdened ruby red, with brilliant violet reflections; the aroma is fine, with a pleasant fragrance of spices and fresh fruit, has an abundant and persistent foam and on the palate offers a sweet, caressing taste, with a good body.
