Pinot Nero dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC
The DOC Pinot Noir of Oltrepò Pavese refers to a single wine, still red, also in the type of reserve. From the point of organoleptic to the sight is ruby red more or less intense with amaranth nuances and an orange nail; intense nose, clear with hints of marasca, black currant, forest berries, dried mushrooms, ripe plum and fruit macerated in alcohol, spicy; in velvety mouth, fruity, very balanced, medium good structure, soft, warm, with aromatic persistence and slightly bitter.
