Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC

Lambrusco di Sorbara refers to the production of sparkling and sparkling wines, in rosé or rosé types from the grapes produced in the middle plain of Modena. Red wines of more or less intense ruby color, poor in structure, of medium to high acidity, of alcohol content and with evident floral and fruity hints. The freshness and fragrance of perfumes contribute to their taste balance.
