Really warm and flavoured red wine from Botticino hill where the grapes follow a similar process as Amarone.
The result is a structured body with hints of berries, tobacco, vanilla and licorice, supported by a strong but balanced level of tannins.
After a late manual harvest in the historic vineyards of the Franzoni estate (vines aged 40/50 years old at altitude of 400/700 m), the grapes are then left drying and shrivelling for over two months. This is where the magic happens!
