San Martino della Battaglia DOC

Located between the provinces of Verona and Brescia, DOC S. Martino della Battaglia is a small geological and climatic niche on the border between the hills and the hinterland south of Lake Garda. The area is particularly favored by the climatic conditions created by the large mass of the Garda basin. The environmental and cultivation conditions of the vineyards of the DOC San Martino della Battaglia must be able to give the grapes and wines derived quality characteristics and are therefore considered suitable only hilly and foothill vineyards of good exposure on soils of predominantly calcareous clayey nature, mixed with much skeleton and similar.
