Bresolin Bio is a young family-run winemaker, based in Asolo. The two brothers, Enrico and Matteo, continue the family tradition removing chemicals from their vineyards and adopting a biological and natural approach.
The hills of Asolo gives to their Prosecco more minerals and a better exposure to the wind, which means more sapidity and freshness compared with the Valdobbiadene Prosecco. For a slightly dryer taste see the Asolo Prosecco DOCG Extra Brut bundle.
