With the Cépage, Conte Vistarino wanted to try its hand at the unusual assembly of the two most famous grape varieties in the world. Since the name (Cépage=grape variety), it is emphasized that this cuvée abandons the tradition of Vistarino while maintaining its well-known stylistic figure.
The aging lasts for at least 30 months in bottle where the Cépage carries out its slow fermentation with uninterrupted contact between wine and yeasts.

Conte Vistarino
Carlo Giorgi di Vistarino introduced the pinot nero grape to the Oltrepo Pavese between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, going on to win awards in both London and Paris for the sparkling wines thus produced. His work was taken further by Ottaviano and Carlo, and is today in the hands of Ottavia Giorgi di Vistarino.
