100% Moscato Spumante Dolce, the star of toasts to end a meal and excellent with desserts.

A bright yellow/gold colour. At the nose elegant, floral, banana, peach and citrus fruit aromas. In the mouth is sweet and fresh, perfect balance of residual sugars and fruit, with a persistent aromatic profile.

Soft pressing, then fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Refermentation in a pressure tank for 18–20 days with the help of active yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 14°C–16°C. After refermentation, the wine is kept again at controlled temperature for at least a month, to foster natural ageing on the lees
